Pedophilia: Not the "Worst" Assault

Amazing!
First off, behold the crime.
A man rapes his infant daughter. He began molesting her when she was 24 months old. This continued for two years until he was caught. He was originally sentenced to 15 years in prison. But, in what can only be the most astounding act of stupidity, in its 2-1 decision earlier this week, the Quebec Court of Appeal ruled the assaults were not among the worst sexual assaults committed.
Not among the worst sexual assaults committed.
Raping a two year old is not the worst sexual assault.
"There was no violence, such as gagging, threatening or hitting the child," wrote Judge Lise Cote.
No violence??? And this is coming from a WOMAN?!?!?!?!?!?
If rape is not violence, then I just have to beg the courts to please tell us what is!! These judges should be taken off the bench, beaten within an inch of their life, and disbarred!

This judge is just as sick as the man that committed the crime !

Can we find out just who these judges were (it was 2-1 I believe), I would love to email them a piece of my mind (and I'll try real hard to hold back on the foul language). Unbelievable!! This man should be going to jail FOREVER!! He had already assaulted a child when he was 17 - how many others that we don't know about?

Bet the Judges were LIberals.

This is unbelievable--these rotten filthy justices need to experience this kind of violence and then we'll see if they come back and say that rape is not violence. How shocking! Boy are we ever slouching towards Sodom.

Wait! Do you hear that? It's the angry voices of the Canadain legal establishment calling for the disbarrment of these judges! Oh, sorry, I was wrong. It was pure silence. Lawyers are all scum.

What bugs me is that for abusing an animal you can get a tougher sentence than hurting a child! I would say we are getting close to RUNNING to Sodom. I'm counting on the Conservatives to help with tougher sentencing.

Meanwhile, here in the States, a judge gave a man a slap-on-the-wrist punishment for violence against a woman; that judge was then taken off the bench because of biased comments, such as calling the woman a "hefer".
