Andre Boisclair is the new face of the Parti Quebecois. The young crack addict won a landslide victory over veteran Pauline Marois. One has to wonder if the voting plant or dog had anything to do with this.

The shocking bit to me is that Jean Charest can't wait to get this guy into the National Assembly. He has publicly stated the QC Liberals will not run a candidate against him in the byelection, so he can win by acclimation and get to parliament.
I think Charest should have wiped the drool off his lips before speaking.
